Never buy the flight tickets from Karthikeya Travels...Their response is really really so POOR. They have booked the flight ticket in Lufthansa for my parents. After booking, Lufthansa has canceled the return ticket (FRA - HYD). But this travel agency never took the responsibility to update us or to reissue the tickets to different dates. They have wasted 3 valuable days without taking any action. Luckily Lufthansa has helped us and reissued the tickets to a different date. OMG!! I will never buy tickets from this agency.
