Beware of it , these people didn't even installed single lift successfully so far .
This is worst company I have ever interacted. From day 1 of installation they were problems with LIFT . Lift never ran for atleast 1 day without stopping. Most incompetent & unprofessional technicians from ROSH. They has installed all 3rd class material in my site. Lift gives many major jerks & sounds like fireworks, many times DBR got burnt. My tenants have stopped using lift. ROSH is NUMBER # 1 fraud company , despite of promising to refund my money back on paper , Mr.Sebi francis is not refunding money.
