I believe the best way to review any service is by how little you need to interact with that service provider. Now as I am writing a review on Kotak Securities, I would like to say that they have been there whenever I needed them. I have not interacted much with their customer service but this is due to brilliant online facility they provide. Although, it takes good amount of time to be comfortable with their UI but once you have got a hang of it, online trading with Kotak Securities becomes a cakewalk. I would highly recommend doing trading with Kotak Securities to all because they have the best trading platform in the market.
