Very poor in giving the service to customers and I am really very disappointed for this type of service. I given feedback for 2 times but they are not responded.I don't understand why you people are asking for feedback after the service without giving any response. Before taking the renewal of service , they said that to did service any where by showing this book. Because of worst service in RAAM HONDA, When I visit to another Honda dealer, they are telling to do services in desired stores only where we renewal. Again I went to RAAM HONDA and asked them regarding on the same, they don't have any answer for that. Why you people are doing fraud on people for your business profits by telling lies. Very good service centre ..as every one in the store is supported for fast service and satisfying customer.
They over charge customers by adding unnessary charges in quote. Customer should read their quote with minute details

Worst customer service,non-of the employees know how to talk to the customers, not giving proper service to the customer even 100% payment made except the people who working in the insurance department. And not provided receipt Rs.4600/- which was charged for original company accessories and proper installation also not done.

Brought Honda Activa last month from Raam Honda. I was over whelmed with the service provided by the team during my vehicle delivery; they made the occasion look very special and grand as if it was a festival moment!!!
I would recommend people to buy from Raam Honda and experience the same feeling as I did.
DONT EVER BUY VEHICLE IN RAAM HONDA, worst service , they don't show interest to customer problems , they don't even attend customer call.People planning to buy here, its better choose some other dealer.
i had given my vehicle for servicing on 16-12-13, but i didn't get the any response from the service center and i had called on the contact no but there is no proper response
I have purchased a Activa on 15th march,2013, from RAAM Honda, tadbund, but within one month of purchase i fell from my bike two times, cos the tyres were skiding these MRF tyres are smooth and the grip in them is very less, and i have to drive carefully while taking a turn because of my bad experiience in past, but when m one of my friend purchased a Activa from same showroom recently, his tyres were looking good with nice grips which are Dunlop tyres and when i test ride it compared to my bike his bike was running smoothly and in turning also. And recently when i serviced my bike i complained to them about my problem with the tyres and they said they will get back to me. but till now i have not got a positive response from them, so i req
