If there was a minus star I would have definitely given to this sales person Mr.Sanjay. He sold Dr.Aquaguard water purifier 5 months ago giving me all false promises that the machine works wonderfully well for years together. Today just after few months of purchase the purified water is not coming out. This person is so head strong and replies rudely saying that he is not bothered about any complaints of the product once its sold. When I confronted with him that why he made false promises that he would refer to service people when any problem arises, he replies with his arrogant attitude that he cant help in any service related problem, I understand that sales employees can t service, but sales person has to be polite with customers atleast ... View More for new customers. When I said I have two referrals who are interested to buy the product, with audacity he said he doesnt need any referrals. Am not sure how Eureka Forbes company which is so famous for their aggressive sales people are allowing such arrogant, impolite and rude people as their sales staff. Hope some one looks into this ad takes some action on such attitude from sales people and understand the pain of customers that retaining customers is also business for the company.
As we all know the response from Service staff in Eureka Forbes, it takes min 2 days for any one to attend. There is no bifurcation of priority service and general service for Eureka Forbes customer service people, they just want to assign one number for every service call and let the customer suffer and cry, its not taken on any priority.View Less
