When i called for the very first time they did answer my call n promised me to send the bouquets for review in the night but didn't do so,came back in the next day morning with an excuse of network problem.The same day morning he convinced me by sending the bouquets ,for review they were not even having the exact bouquets in place to send across again came up with some new excuse when i ordered one saying that it was not available.I called him and he said i will send u the other list of bouquets which didn't happen.It was since the previous night till the next day evening till 9.30 pm i kept calling them as i was impressed by the way the executive was talking and finally by the end of the day Neither did they pick my call nor did they send
