Very bad service , no experience at in general servicing product . Plz be aware of this fraud service centers . Technician cannot identify very big leackage in outdoor unit . Charged too high service charge .we should take them in consumer forum
It's the WORST service that I have ever experienced. On March 05, 2019, technician evaluated my washing machine problem & said motor needs to be replaced and charged Rs 3100. After 1 month, the drum sound started coming and machine started showing error. I have made multiple calls and everyday they say we are sending technician today. It's more than 15 days and technician has not turned up. The admin. team who picks up call are also unprofessional and able to understand customer problem. I suggest if you only want to make money and fool your customers, pls stop your services. I WILL SURELY TAKE THIS MATTER TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES & SEE TO IT THAT YOU ARE PENALIZED.
Worst services provided. Technician is not good and charged more for spare parts. They charged 10 times of regular price of the part in market. They are not good technically. The worst part is owner of the company is irresponsible for complaints. He told we cannot provide good technicians and you may choose other company. Finally IT IS WORST SERVICING COMPANY. DONT GO FOR IT.
I suggest that no one should approach this company for refrigerator/fridge repairs. I got my refrigerator repaired by this company / Max Techno Services on 10/05/2016. The Compressor stated to be new and thus charged for was fixed but I am yet to receive the Manufacturers Warranty certificate even after repeated requests but failed.I have good reasons to doubt about their intentions. They may not attened to subsequent calls if required or at all.

This is FRAUD. Please NEVER GO here. These people ABUSE the customers after taking money from us. I called them up to fix the broken glass of my microwave on 27th June, 2015. A guy called RAIMAT came immediately after calling, took 350rs from us and promised us he will repair it by 6 days. He did not contact us at all after that. So, I called him again on 6th july, 2015. He said they CAN'T REPAIR IT and bluntly said MONEY WILL NOT BE GIVEN BACK. I called the manager of this store Mr. SALEEM. He said "we will do it if you give us one week more and till then I will give a temporary glass tomorrow." He did not call up the next day, so I called him, he again said "tomorrow". WORST SERVICE EVER!! I called them in 18 July 2014, when our Godrej double door fridge stopped cooling. First of all, their technicians don't have the skills to repair a fridge, I know that now. They told us the gas in the fridge needs to be refilled. So we paid 2200/- for it including all the service and spare part replacement. Then when after few days fridge stopped cooling again, we called them to inform, actually had to call them many times . They came to check the fridge and told us the compressor needs to be replaced , since there is some fault in it. it worst service center in Hyderabad for electronics item . he repair our 3 A C and 1 freeze charged 20000/- FROM US. with in one month they stop working. when we call they talk very rudely and not taking care nor accepting any thing. this is my request to u people please don't assign any services from this service centre.
I had my refrigerator repaired on 12/8/2013. The repair person assured it would not trouble for a minimum of 3 months. But to my horror the refrigerator stopped working again in 2 days. I have been making several calls to them and they kept answering me saying the repair guy would turn up in sometime. Its been 2 days now and nobody has ever come to repair the refrigerator again. Will keep posting more views on the service if at all he turns up.
