I booked my Consignment on 16th Oct from distt. Hoshiarpur to Noida. Lady said, it will be delivered by 18th Oct. I checked my friend if he had received the letter or not. He said, no. I called their Noida office (sec-11) and they said packet has been sent to greater noida office so write down the number and contact them. I call the guy and he said he has received the packet and will be delivered by tomorrow (22nd Oct). Again next day also packet was not delivered. Gr. noida person gave the number of delivery boy so I tried to call him but that number was always switched-off. Most pathetic service in the world.They dont even know how to receive the calls from customers.Hyd no 040-32553371.This office has no minimum commonsense how to talk.Never ever use this service.I wish we could give negative ratings.
