My experience with the rtc center is equally bad. Tough to believe his word that the a/c equipment needs replacement. Quotes 15k. Says suspension is damaged. 25k for that.

Any idea about how other service centers are? Like the one in Nagole for instance?

I absolutely agree with Ashwin one this. Have a Chevy UVa bought from Kun and always Serviced by Kun. Their service is so bad that I have decided I will not buy another Hyundai or Chevy at least not from Kun. The minimum bill every time my car goes for servicing is 5-6k and mind u this is the minimum!!! And when you complain abt something their advice invariably is to replace a part and this is done with a warning that the problem may not be solved despite this replacement. They will then check if the problem persists and then do some other juggling and say that the problem is resolved. Very very very unsatisfied with the service, went with a list of 6 problems and came out with 10, they claim to be open on sundays, but that is just a claim, anything you ask on sunday, they say that the concerned person does not come on sunday. Then why the hell do you have your store open on sunday. Even after keeping my vehicle for 2 days, they didnt complete the service, rather they created new problems : One of the four mats missing, sound in the engine are the two major problems they created. And on top of it, no one takes responsibility of this.
