They have lost bunch of my photos saying that the hard disk on which they were present has been crashed.
It does matter as they are the only photos taken for a custom on a particular saree. Also in them we had the marriage candid photography for which I have paid for extra.
I cannot get the day back or the photos. Its just gone. Being such a reputed studio not sure how can the photos be lost for a simple HD crash or whatever reasons they are giving.Very BAd experience
