I am regular customer in kapil chits lb nagar branch and i am lift one chit in kukatpally branch june 2015 lift the chit and submit the 4 govt surities and one IT but not release the chq and managr told i am not release the bid amount BID name J.RAJINI and manager harasssed and using volguar language otherise i am giving complaint to as per the chit funds rules REGISTER & media.

I am being a good customer Habsiguda branch illegally harassed me and filed false defaulter case with out verifying all my payments even though there are no defaults also humiliated by illegally recovering the amounts from the guarantor as such I am filing a damages suit against the kapil chits- Anjiah, Advocate
