Very poor after sales service. Had a paid service in the second year of my buying of a O general aC. after the service cooling was not proper, a lot of vibration and the super swing mode was inactive. I called the service man and he keep on saying " sir i will come tomorow" his tomorow never came. Later i called back in company and they send some guys..he just cleaned the sheet again and said sir you have to pay RS 350. I was surprised and ask him to ask in company about this...i asked him to make me talk to his manager...his manager didnt talked with me and ordered that guy to take 200 bucks from me!!...then i again called that old service guy..he then ask the new guy to didnt take any money from me...nd as usual after that also..cooling i

absolutely lousy service - STAY AWAY. bought a hitachi window ac to replace existing one, they sent engineers to fix it - these engineers work on contract basis, so they had put 4 screws instead of the required 12, not removed the compressor cap and forgotten to put the tray to collect the dirty water. result : horrible noise due to vibration, compressor full of water - and the ac's not even 2 months old! called the manager up to complain - was told he was having lunch and would take some time, since 'he eats leisurely as he has a problem' and there was nobody else who could handle my complaint.
