Management: - We stayed in September 2013 for one night, and we chose a luxurious double bedroom. When we booked the room, we were told that the (quoting the exact words) that it was the "full amount" that we were paying. However, the next day when we checked out, we were not allowed to leave until we cleared the "taxes". I was surprised - I told them that we shouldn't be paying any taxes since we already paid the "full amount" yesterday. If there were such charges, we should've been told before payment, or taken the payment yesterday itself.
We felt cheated. The Management was also VERY RUDE and didn't listen to what we were saying.
