Very dissatisfied and disappointed the staff is very rude and highly unprofessional, they do not have the cardio-training and are closed many days even when other vlcc centres are working 365 days a year, staff specially ms naslapure who insults the clients and talks rudely and disrespectfully, Would never recommend to anyone or visit it again.
trainers and receptionist of kolhapur franchisee are not at all having any knowledge ,they are untrained.. managers are never on the place to help them out.. I had already lost my 10k ,due to untrained staff... they never give us correct information of vlcc policy
