I had a Apache RTR. Wanted to go for Honda CB Unicorn so on 4th August 2013 went to Todi Honda. Bike was delivered on 5th August 2013 as I purchased in Cash. Just awesome. I have no complaints against Todi Honda. But I have a complaint against the sales person Shiv Guha. He promised me a Helmet, if I take the bike from him (Todi Honda), which he was supposed to give me on the day of delivery. After taking the delivery he made an excuse of availibility. I was given the time to come to the shop after 3 days. I went to the shop but again another excuse. This time he took the helmet in his house and kept in some friend's place. Its perhaps the worst Automobile dealer in kolkata. The Staff is rude, do not answer any calls, will hang up on you mid of talk, will tell you imaginary defects in your bike and charge you a bomb for doing nothing. Honda company is losing is credibility in town because of its "chor' dealer.
