Woodlands Nursing Home

Doctors and Nurses at the hospital is best they take care of the patient very nicely but i had very bad experience with the Admin and Reception staff they are very rude they don't even know how to deal with the patient guest who come to see they patient. there is a old lady who sits at the reception she is very rude and do not help on time. It Admin department has taken nearly 5 hours to admit a patient which was my sister. I have not seen a hospital taking so much time to admit. All the cashiering, Reception and Admin staff should be given training how to deal with patient and guest.
