I am from 141/5 S.N. Roy Road, kol-700 038 , my bsnl phone no, -24033848 . My number is dead from almost 1 week, and my bsnl broadband service is vry slow.p, npand its not working properly. My office works are suffering due to these problem. Please kindly look after the default as soonest .

The telephone at my residence at 134/3C, Upen Banerjee Road, Parnashree Palli, Kolkata 700 060, number being 24079264 has been defunct for over six months and complaints after complaints have been lodged and every time I was being told that there was UG fault and recently against our complaint docket no being R 3189, some one came to my residence when only my wife was at home and said that the instrument is faulty and needs to be replaced. Who will replace this instrument supplied by the Telephone Department for which I am paying rental etc. Isn't it the duty of the dept to replace the faulty instrument. Please clarify.
