It is school as they call it, but for the student those who are admitted already it is more like a driving license provider agency.
Trainers or teachers there are not at all concerned about the students well-being. Once admission charge like e.g. Ambassador Rs. 2250/- (as of 2012) for which 500-1100 advance is paid and is for 60KM as a training deadline, there are more hidden charges. Trainers will take Guru Dakshina Rs. 100 each month without giving you receipts of payment. The more faster you learn the more better is for you.
