Don't use their service, really unprofessional. To get a confirmation of their booking, I had to send 3 mails and call them 5 times at least. They promised to send me a car on my landing in Kolkata, but they never turned up. When I called their mobile number after calling, they said they will be sending soon and never did, and stopped taking my calls after that. THEY ARE REALLY SHAMELESS
