From the beginning, I have been servicing my Maruti Wagnor Car (No.WB 06 K 9398) at this Service Centre of Dewars Garage. Though their service was very costly, I was servicing my car at this centre with the hope that their service must be good. But gradually their service quality was going down. Today I had a horrible experience. I had a booking for service at 11-30 am. After reaching there, I didn't find anybody to take care. No mechanic or service provider was allotted till 2 pm. They have brought down their man power to 40% or 50%, but inviting people over phone to avail their service. So many people were waiting from 9 am without being attended at all!
