Probably the worst telephone exchange in the country that makes sure not to attend to complaints. My Broadband complaint dated 3rd & Landline complaint dated 10th January are STILL NOT ATTENDED>

Respected Sir,
Pl note that my Landline phone no.033-25701804 is lying dead from 1st week of February,2016 as such I am unable to use my Broadband service including landline service, despite the fact that I am continuing to pay without service monthly. My address is Teghoria, Nishikanan, TM-5/113

Telephone No.3325393549/Telephone a/c no.8005719170. Telephone bill for Dec"13 for Rs.672/- paid on 27.1.14 at Birati Post Office within due date.But this payment has been ignored and further added in bill for January"14 amounting to Rs.1341/-(arrear Rs.672/- plus Rs.699/- ). This was explained and also shown the receipt thereeof in Nagerbazar office. However they accepted only amount for Jan"14 i.e.Rs.699/-. But Rs.11.94 for late fee due to non-payment of bill for Dec"13 added in bill for Jan"14 has not been ajusted.This may now be adjusted in the bill for February"14.
