Very poor service of technician. Once I called them for my Sony music system for not playing. They attended the call & after that their technician told that it is not possible to repair from their side and they also stuck up my FM . Before that my FM was playing normally. After that I severally called them but they have not shown any interest.

My Model No.is RV20 Sony Hi-Fi,Music System
Problem:CD not Skip as well as not to Ply.
From your Side:Your Service provider attend & told that parts is not available now due to Old model.
I want please try to contact yourself with SONY for the spare parts.So,I can get the effect immediately.
