They are the worst! We didn't get a tour guide in the beginning and when we reached the destination they appointed one snooty man who behaved the way you least expect a tour guide to behave and when you share this problem with Mr. Dhar he merely sheds his responsibility by saying very nicely "please adjust"! The itinerary that was provided by the alps was completely wrong and was not according to the actual schedule. They'll write that you are supposed to get lunch but once you are on the tour they'll simply say printing mistake and move along. Worst management and co-ordination among its own staff! Snobbish people and inefficient. Please DON'T appoint them if you want a relaxed vacation!

They are the worst, If you want to loose your money, then go ahead with them, Specially Anushmita Dhar the owner, She talks to you nicely, but never work in your case, once you give the money, you will see all mistakes all over the place and will show their face when you ask them, They are the worst provider in Kolkata, Don't utilize their service in kind of Visa. I just hate myself why in the first place I used their service, But people do learn, I have learnt my lession

Never book anything with them.They are just cheater.First they will talk with you very politely.After getting money they will show their face.
