Central Blood Bank reject my vol card nos.550087 & 550091 of NRS Hospital on dated 11.4.10 due to "Non written or fillup properly". I am as a Major Thalassaemic patient, needed frequesnt transfusion throughout my life, first time faceing this awkward position. Director of this blood bank Mr R.L.Ganguly behave us very rudely and throwing those card to floor with use of slang and aggressive in nature. We are very disappointed to write it. This is happened on 28th July,2010 when we are attend our regular transfussion in Day Care at CBB.
