The customer service is very poor, they dint ever care no matter how long your work delays. I have talk to 4 of them (Uma (the one who called me for migrating my no. form prepaid to post paid), Sumit, Moumita and another I dint remember). This guys have committed to convert my Prepaid no. to post paid in 3 working days but after 19 working days I have not been updated about the status and when I use to call them they beg half an hour for updated status and they forget to call.
If I would have to grade them out of 10, I will give them "-10"(10 negative).
