The ladies who are appointed to register the bookings of the patients are disgusting. They arent professional enough to handle such tasks. We keep on calling in to both the registered numbers and they do not take up the calls or don't even show the minimum decency to talk the patients and give the current booking status for the concerned doctors. The authorities must look into this issue seriously as patients who are in serious need are getting deprived of the treatment because of these indecent ladies.
