totally poor product delivery service. i have ordered the AC product from salt lake sector 1 store .10 days before . still i have not get this product at my home . But they promised that the product will be delivered with in 24 hours after booking. but it does not happened . totally poor service . I recommended to all don't purchase any product from this particular store. TATA Croma is much better then great eastern.

Not at all satisfied. firstly the stuffs are very reluctant to attend the customer. secondly once the product is sold it is not delivered on the proper date. I wont visit Great Eastern salt lake AB brunch ever again and would request other the same.--- Ishika Ray Sahu

No co-operation among their staffs...delay in delivery..delay in communication to the company of the product to install/Demonstration...required hell lot of followup..complete misguide...not sure about the product as I just bought 1 IFB washing machine,1 Faber chimney,1 Panasonic Micro wave...I ordered last Sunday.. got assurance to be delivered within Tuesday...I got the products on Wednesday after a lot of followups..always call was initiated by me..there was no communication from their staffs..still got a company person to install/demonstration of the product...I would suggest not to go there...
