I am very sorry to say that, I stayed at your lodge ( ground floor ) on 05/05/17 & 07/05/17, but your authorised young representatives behaviour is not acceptable ie. rough behaviour and not respect to the customer and bad manner, negligency mentality, this is for your kind information and necessary action please.
