I had purchased a Nokia N72 handset in the year 2007 oct month and the set given to me was an excellent one.Also there service center in Nokia Golaghata where i had given my set for Repair had done an excellent Job.My Experience was very Excellent with them.I would again like to give my handset to them for repairs as they have excellent service engineers.They are honest also since my keypad was not working .They said that they didnt have spare parts.Overall I would give them 8/10 in rating.

ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T KNOW HOW NOKIA CAN GIVE THEM THE AUTHORISED DEALER AND SERVICE CENTER STATUS. THEY REFUSED TO RECIEVE MY SET JUST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SPARES WITH THEM. I HAD NO OTHER OPTION THAN TO GO TO OTHER SERVICE CENTER, WHERE IT HAS BEEN HANDLED IN A POSITIVE WAY.
MY FRIEND PURCHASED HER SET FROM THEIR SHOP AT LAKETOWN. SHE BELIEVED THEIR PROP. RAJESH SINGHANIA, PURCHASED WITHOUT CASHMEMO FOR AN EXTRA DISCOUNT. SHE WAS LATER FRUSTRATED TO FIND HER MOBILE AN USED SET. THEY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE OR REPLACE.
EVERYBODY BETTER AVOID THIS CHEAT SHOP AND USELESS SERVICE CENTER.
