well i got silk treat(hair smoothening kindo treatment) done from this salon,,,,after taking my first head wash...i found some of hair quite frizzy...i had a word with the manager...went there....to my surprise he was not ready to listen to me...and straight away said that everything is ok.....for the salon ITS JUST OK OK...but what really does matter is service.....and that was missing,,,,,,,
