I am the owner of Shri balaji travels, Below passeger booked A/c Tavera TN 64 C 6688 for 6 days from Madurai / Munnar / Allappey / Madurai, Km and Rates are fixed. In 6th day around 1 pm called me they are on the way to allappey and need to drop at Coimbatore NEXT day, We are accepting to drop at Coimbatore and they are not accept to pay coimbatore to madurai return kms (apprx 225 kms) . We are requesting to pax to pay the extra amount we will drop at Coimbatore or Chennai or Hyderabad which place they wants and asking retunr km charges from Dropping point. They are not ready to pay. This is not our mistake.
Finally, as per our quote pax paid for 900 kms and 6th day we dropped in Madurai.

We booked the Tavera for 6 days for kodaikanal and munnar and alleppy. the driver is very worst fellow even he don't know the local places also every time we were get down asked some one for address or sight seeing places but while booking vehicle they said driver will guide you like everything and he will suggest the hotels and also, but we got worst driver even he don't know the routes and dont know the English or hindi he knows only tamil. If we will ask anything just he reply like ya or ok thats it, due to him we missed so many places in munnar and finally in alleppy he dropped us but we need drop in coimbatore but he not.
While booking travel in online please becareful ask everything while booking only, We got vehcle
