This is a pathetic travel company. They deliberately cheat you by accommodating your site visits on holidays and tell you exactly 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit so that you panic and go with whatever they want to show you at the last moment. They make you feel as though they have you helped you, where in effect they would have robbed you of a cool Rs 10K, at the minimum.
When you go back to them about their mistakes, they shrug it off stating that there is a training issue, which they are looking at. But, they will not pay you a single rupee for the cheating they have already done. Bear in mind that the family's middle name is C, viz Upendra C Kamath, Nirmala C Kamath & Vathika C Kamath.....
