i found the services of this shop very good......our family is an old resident to this town and we always buy furniture goods from this shop ......gupta furniture house is a very old and renowned firm and every resident of meerut knows and refer this firm for furniture....if there is any complaint about this firm then it can be someone bad experience which is situational....if u are not satisfy you can confirm its reputation from any resident of meerut and i m sure they will refer you this shop.....moreover the best thing about this the owners is very true and geniune .....before buying anything they advice us that is stuff is good or bad and whetter it will suits our room according to space color...etc this really help us to buy goods from

Dont ever buy stuff from this horrible shop...I am new to Meerut and I asked around and went to buy a sofa from this shop. There is an irritating old man who mans the shop and another middle aged mam, they don't let u see anything in peace and force you to buy stuff from their shop. They even criticized all the other shopkeepers in that small furniture market. I ended up buying a sofa. It broke within a week, i mean the legs of the sofa are wobbly and they won't fix it, if i dnt send it on my own...bad customer service, arrogant idiots...complete no-no.
