Everyone has their bad day. Mine struck when I was looking for car insurance and came across Coverfox and decided to take insurance from there. I booked my insurance, money got debited but the insurance wasn't issued. I checked with Coverfox which confirmed that payment was done and they will issue me a refund. However, after constant follow-ups of 1 month, they retracted their statement and told me that no payment was done and hence there will be no refund. I was flabbergasted beyond belief. Their executives - Deepti Lad and Ramitha Binumohan - are so imbecile that I'm surprised how they constantly don't keep forgetting to breathe and survive life?
