Sushma Health Foods: Sushma Catering offers low calorie, home style vegetarian tiffins across the Western suburbs. The dabba includes a sabji, salad or raita, dal or soup, sprouts and five phulkas. If you have a nutritional plan, the dabba may be adjusted to your requirements. A curd based sweet dish could be sent on request. Each low cal, high fibre, high protein meal is approximately 120 gms and is offered from Monday to Friday. Delivery charges are extra and the rate is what you might expect for a non vegetarian dabba. They also allow a 2 day sampling to help you decide on your preference.
