very oily food,no point telling them as they have hard core oily food customers with face acne.
order only food that comes cooked from town kitchen.
chicken seekh and roll very good.
mutton mughlai is all bones and when told they deny it big time.
nihari is very good.delivery time is way too long.
since they are very busy they dont care,is that how a business is supposed to behave ? maybe its lack of education or manners.

The best place in town for Biryani's and kebabs....very tender kebabs....simply love the place especially at the metro outlet...the waiters and the order takers are very hospitable a total paisa vasool place.......must try!!

Very bad service and rude manners. We called to inform them that the kababs we ordered were gone bad and the person on telephone laughed and said it was impossible. Instead of customer care and offering to replace or apologies he just disconnected the phone with a vague promise to send someone to check the spoiled kababs sometimes. Very bad business tactic indeed.
