What started out as one man's vision 30 years ago with a small electronic shop has today become a 7 branch company. Televisions, home theaters, refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves from brands like Samsung, LG, Philips, Whirlpool are sold at Kohinoor. The showrooms are based in prime locations all close to railway stations. The biggest store is the Thane one spread over 12,000 square feet. The larger outlets have demo rooms for Plasma TVs and Home theatres.
