Had the most terrible experience with this centre, machines stay out of order for days and patients are not intimated. Patients in rather delicate state are made to wait for hours while the machine is getting fixed. If any of you want to experience this centre make sure that the name of the test to be conducted are written in BOLD because these folks are adept at screwing up the tests and blaming you for their mistakes.....a particular Mr. Kamath is their chief spokesperson to defend screw ups........better go to a public health centre to do your tests rather than this centre.

The Service is very poor. We had an appointment at 5 in the evening however were taken inside at 8 in the evening. There was no communication which was made to us that there would be a delay eventhough a call was made at 4.30 to confirm on the timing. The patient who was old had to wait for a very long time just because NM could not communicate. Also another issue which we faced was that eventhough we had done a booking for one test , some other test was done on the patient , stating that it was checked with the patient. However the patient was not knowing as to what test was required.My question is when the booking is done for one test how come another test can be conducted.
