Brahmakumari's Rajyog Centre: This is a centre that promotes meditation and spiritual growth. The accent is on practical methods of meditation to develop individual inner strength and value. The basic foundation course which is 7 days long, starts every Monday. There are 2 batches in the morning and 2 batches in the evening. There are discourses all year round and extension courses for those who want to take it to another level.
