Sakshi Art Gallery: Sakshi is the largest private, professional art gallery in India. Sakshi Gallery was established in 1984 and in 1989 merged into Synergy Art Foundation Ltd. Spread over 10,000 square feet, this is the largest gallery in the country located in Mumbais art district. It enjoys the support of leading artists such as M.F. Husain, Ram Kumar, F.N. Souza, K.G.Subramanyan, Nalini Malani, Akbar Padamsee, Jehangir Sabavala, Navjot, Jogen Chowdhury & others. There is an art advisory section, an art lending library for corporate houses and large public commissions are also undertaken. Students and young artists are supported with scholarships.
