Horrible service, did not deliver the Visa on time. Gave Singapore visa after 8 days, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Very rude, insults the customer and because of Mr Sajid, I had to incur a ticket change charge which cost me SGD 84, which he said he will refund and will also not take any fees. However then he backtracked and did not provide me any ticket change fees, thankfully we had not paid him any fees, so we were able to save some money. I would steer clear of this agent.
