The dealer is another way to a frustrated life, they make your life miserable by making false commitments for delivering each and everything right from the vehicle to documents and accessories. The Owner named Sameer is the one running the whole show in his own pathetic way, never treat customer in a way they should be. I got my twowheeler unfortunately from this hopeless shop(he's not even a dealer for any of the brand) and have not received even a single proof of payment, registration tax,puc catalog after a month of advance payment. The people sitting around there held sameer responsible for everything and nobody takes the accountability and care to even answer your queries. Rapter8 is perfectly right "One of the shitty dealers in Mumbai, avoid going there" I would be writing a review wherever possible, to avoid any other victim. They gave my Insurance papers after 4 months. When I took my bike for service it was not entertained as there wasn't a stamp of the dealer and how would I know that ? I missed my 1st free service b'coz of these idiots.
