Overrated! I went to the Vashi branch for a scalp treatment instead of going to my regular salon. The 20 min'treatment' consisted of applying an overpriced product, wash, and blow-dry. Funny! Everybody knows a blowdry nullifies scalp treatment. All this for 1800. And my scalp is worse than before. So, now I had to go to my regular salon for a proper treatment. Am never going back!

Even though the people there are polite but overall it was a bad experience.
Despite having given an appointment with a certain stylist, upon reaching there I was told he is busy, hence not available. Then I was made to wait till someone else got free; even after that my stylist was changed twice.
I gave specific instructions on what not do to with my hair, I was not heeded and the same was done and now 2 weeks later I am already looking for someone to repair the bad cut. My naturally very good hair is falling out like crazy after the cut. The shampoo they used also did not suit my hair. The post-cut setting didn't even last 5 mins after I left the salon.

Unlike other reviews ..I had a really bad experience here. I just went here for a regular trim. I have been to bounce, hakim aleem, jean claude at bangalore and belive me the haircut I got was worse than what I could have got at a local beauty parlour. The guy was a medium stylist as no one elese was available then. Just not worth the 850. It seemed he just dint know the technique . Just to savec time , as it was close to my gym I walked in. I wil never go here again. They really give you a blunt cut. My bangs were done so bad that they just stand out without any life shape. Will go back to my fav three places for haircut.
Love B:Blunt! The staff and interiors are excellent. Unlike some of the "acclaimed" salons I had previously visited they did not make me wait for hours all together nor did they try to force me to try some insanely priced hair treatment.
I had taken an appointment with a Sr. Style Director who was excellent. She was patient with my unruly frizzy hair and made it a point to ask me between regular intervals if i was comfortable with the length and cut. The best part was that she spent a good 10 15 minutes in the beginning asking me what I did, what kind of style i wanted, how i usually wore my hair, etc. They made it a point to learn about my hair and its needs so as to give me a great haircut.
