Horrible after sales service. Specially the sion branch. We went there to fix my Mac mini, thy charged us are 1500 without repairs. I went there for my white Mac book they returned it charging 1650 and said its a vintage so we can't fix it. They took my iPhone 4s kept it for 4 days returned it with 1200 cost saying it cannot be fixed, replacement will cost re 12000/- and the guy sitting on the counter speak to you as if he owns Apple. It's worthless to buy Apple products in india. Awesome products of Apple but terrible after sales people

In the last month, we bought Apple products from two resellers: a Macbook Pro from Maple in Bandra West and an iPhone 5 from Nyasa in Kurla (Phoenix Market City). Maple was impeccable with their service. However the same cannot be said of Nyasa. They sold us an iPhone that was not only a lemon piece (wouldn't start up or get activated) but also alleged, when we took back the piece for diagnosis, that we had installed third party software in the phone, due to which it was not functioning properly!!! Fail to understand why any sane person will instal non compatible software on a 50,000 Rs.+ worth phone, moreover if it does not even start up / get activated, even assuming that we wanted to install rogue software, we had no way of accessing the ... Please avoid Nyasa Reseller. They sell lemon pieces and supplement their mistakes with extremely rude and curt customer service. Not helpful at all. Please buy apple products from other better resellers.
