I would give 0 rating as management is actually mismanagement complete chaos, I took a gym membership and at that time sykes was managing, while doing the membership sale sykes representative sold club link to us and then to our surprise management has changed and they are not taking responsibilities of what sykes has told its members and staff is rude to say the least, each followup phone call to them kept on getting rude, my recommendation "AVOID THIS CLUB AT ALL COST" there are much better clubs / gyms in Malad area other then this highly irresponsible club
