Worst showroom,worst car nano
i bought a tata nano..2nd model with air conditioner in march 2011.1st they took 2 months to deliver my vehicle despite complete down payment on 10th march 2011.
then they did not give my RC for next 2 months giving lame excuses,NOW THE AIR CONDITIONER OF THE CAR HAS BROKEN DOWN # TIMES IN THE LAST & MONTHS >they fixed it 2 times,the 3rd time they are blaming a light bump in the front of the car.
i hardly stay in mumbai.but i am handicapped as the car keeps breaking down all the time.causing tension stress, considering i am constantly traveling, i am fed up and it is a manufacturing defect and want the piece changed , car replaced.

This is the worst showroom ever. The ladies there Tina and another one do not have a concept of customer service. I have been trying to get a test drive of the Manzza petrol version for the last 12 days. Each day they give me empty promises and fail to send the car. TATA Motors has done a mistake by selecting such lousy dealers. WORST WORST WORST.
