Thanks sneha.. I was suppose to visit enrich saloon for my wife.. Now i will certainly not visit this cheaters place.
This is to share with you the unpleasant and shocking experience I had at Enrich Hypercity Malad. I have soft curls and waves for my hair and I had gone for a smoothening treatment for my upper layer hair such that the entire upper layer (including front, sides and back)are staright and the soft curls and waves are maintained across the length.
When I went for a consultation, I was promised that the treatment would be carried out for the half pony ( upper layer of front, sides and back) and the rates 3600/- were informed.
However on the day of the treatment, when the stylist (Mukesh) was parting the hair for treatment he did not consider the hair at the back. To which I even reminded him that he is not including the same. HE SAID EV
