Arokaya The Salon

It was bad experience, the girls over there were rude especially Manisha. I guess they get it from their owner. That lady- Vaishali is loud mouthed and abusive.
I had full body massage service and it was crappy. they just wanted to get it done with, so that they could take another customer. It was all done in 10 mins flat, whereas the massage was supposed to be for 30 mins. when pointed out, the owner woman shouted and abused. she even threatened saying my husband is builder and that she knows people in mumbai and she knows her legal rights.
Dont go to this salon, if you want good service and peace of mind. I believe they dont use good products, girl couldnt even tell me what product she used for my facial

arokaya is a very nice and good salon .i enjoyed my services out there .the staff is amazing and very humble.my experience was very good .

In contrast to the above, my experience was quite satisfactory. To my surprise, above comments were contradictory since the owner is not called Sanya. The staff was cheerful and gentle, while the owner took interest in monitoring and attending every client.
The place is little in the interior but in a peaceful residential colony. Overall, a good relaxation at Arokaya!!

Ms. Sanya, No one is saying good about ur salon. Who will purchase vouchers of ur salon ?
Ur review is not at all important, customer's reviews r important for other potential customers... Take care while using product, use branded product & learn to give respect to ur clients, u should treat them like ur God.

AS the owner of the salon the respective ladies who had taken the services and spend two hours in thr salon surprisingly instead of enjoying the sevices were sitting and passing comments on the owner.Had they concentrated only on the services things would have been different.AROKAYA HAS CATERED TO MORE THAN 1000 CLIENTS IN THE PAST 3- MONTHS.NEITHER DO WE USE DUPLICATE PRODUCTS NOR DO WE CHEAT CLIENTS.BEING COURTEOUS AND FIRM DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE OWNER IS OVER SMART LADY OR SHE ABUSES.LADIES I WOULD SUGGEST THAT U GET YOURSELF CHECKED AND I DO KNOW MY LEGAL RIGHTS IF NEED BE.

Bad service. The owner is an over smart lady. If you are thinking of going there via snapdeal/crazeal of some other website which offers a discount then I would advice not to chose this place. They offer a terrible service to such customers. You can get a much better service in any other salon that offers a discount.

This is third class parlour, no one should go to this parlour. Because their employees i.e. shweta and manisha they told to me that they are using duplicate products under their owner's pressure of the saloon. They also told to me me is that we will come at your home to give full service with less charges, you dont come to parlour. Also owner of the saloon she abuse to the customers like anything. They are just attract the customer via online shopping but actually they cheat with the customers. Very bad experience.
