They have a very shoddy service and installation. They ruined my new ac completely. They have a lady there with the name priyanka who talks to the customers very rudely and says only what she wants to say. 0 customer help and will do only what she wants. Will not even let you speak to any seniors. They are authorized service providers for Carrier and i request Carrier to remove them from their list immediately as this priyanka is ruining the brand image of even big brands like Carrier. She is the most uneducated, rude and mean person.
