The institute aims at creating and maintaining an interest in fitness through dance. They have introduced ballroom dances, salsa and various other Latin American dance forms to offer ultimate fitness. Jazz, hip hop and belly dancing have also been added to the list to give fitness an entirely new dimension. The institute has introduced six levels in salsa. Level I has nine sessions, in which the basic of salsa, the do's and the don'ts are taught. People are also taught to identify the beats and to stylize the movements. Along with the various levels of salsa, one gets to learn any couple dance form be it rumba, samba, cha cha, merengue or even tango as a complimentary dance.
